No. We modify intelligently unless you are in a severe flare. The challenge will include TONS of information and guidance on how to go about continuing to run while working through the process.

Whether you are just getting started on your running journey or have been running for years, we can guarantee you that you will find tons of value from this challenge. With that being said, we are looking for highly motivated participants who want to be engaged and want to be ALL IN with participation during the challenge!
Although you will have the most success with this challenge if you are able to fully commit for the 28 days, you absolutely will stay make great strides if you need to miss a week. The content is recorded and can be viewed when works best for you. The weekly virtual live sessions will be recorded as well. Feel free to send questions before hand to have them answered live if you know you won't be able to make it!
The challenge will still absolutely be valuable for you, but we may also recommend you get started with 1 on 1 physical therapy sessions in addition to the challenge.
